following on from that here are some directions i've just sorted out for philm, i might as well post for all to see

leave the m53 at junction 5 and take the a41 heading towards liverpool and birkenhead

stay on the a41, you will pass a double set of lights and a shell garage on the right hand side just after them, keep going on this road until you reach another shell garage, this time on the left at a set of traffic lights, turn left at the lights and follow the road to the next set of lights, take a right here onto allport lane and follow the road towards bromborough town centre, the civic centre is actually on this road by the shops, if you reach the mini roundabout at the end of the road you've gone too far

yeh i did, it was a good night. stalls there from aqua, korda etc. they had the new aqua dillo mk3 shelter (not the dillo) there. it looked great like the mark 2 but with no front on at all and seeing you never have your door down it looks good, and it was only £199 think it's a bargin.
matt's slide show was good too, think he went on about photgraphy abit too much ( but some tips there to get the best photo for your catch) he went on about the james dean look as in someone catches thats took ages to get and they look missrable, to this i defo agree what he's saying, we see it on here all the time guy's with there capture trying to look cool instead of smiling showing how much your pleased to have actually caught it.
in all i enjoyed the night & seeing the money went to cancer charity made it even more special aload of hairy arsed carpers showing there caring side.

The new aqua bivvy is fantastic the type they had with the hood type front was really impressive.

And my mate's son won the photo contest, a massive well done

I can't believe I missed it.Went to Capesthorne for my first seesion in months but left with plenty of time to get home, shower and the five minute drive to the Civic Hall.
I got caught in a massive traffic jam on the M56 and instead of taking me 45mins to get home it took 90mins.

Still, hope everybody who went ienjoyed themselves.

my pic of the robin came second in the photo comp behind daves mates son

i was a bit surprised by how few people i knew there, i'm wirral born and bred and apart from the people i went with and the people i was meeting there i knew virtually nobody
i guess thats down to me fishing in cheshire for the last 12 years....lol
