I got some free groundbait and some sweetcorn pellets of that spoding fella. He was plugging the new sensas boilies that are due out.
Got a few samples of some other pellets to have a play with too!

Spoke to TH at the UK Junior Carp Champs last year, he really was a top bloke and whether you like him or not, you can't knock his results.

Would have to agree with you Gareth about Tony Davies-Patrick, undoubtedly caught more carp from more countries than any angler I know – and a nice bloke to boot.

What was he there for – his Globetrotter stuff?

Did not make it down unfortunately, way too much work on.

Couldn't make it down this year as i had work and an 18th birthday party to attend. Was a shame as i've made it down there the past few years

Was there anything interesting being released or on show? There is normally one or two things that catch the eye.

He was selling his globetrotter book and doing some work for a photography print company. He's a really nice bloke. Offered to give us some guidance on river stretches etc for this years france adventure.

Yup, probably one of the best fishing books I’ve ever read. Truly awe-inspiring. Review here for those who have not yet picked up a copy:
