Default Shropshire fish losses

I heard today that a Shropshire carp fishery lost all it's stock during the big freeze. Can anyone confirm this and which fishery it is?

It was Moss Pool, a small syndicate in Forton. It was a water stocked by Ray Stone back in the 70s. Very similar to Birch Grove in appearance, I fished it once or twice in the past when it was free.

I'm not sure that any individuals are culpable here mate, the pool is very shallow and silty and historically seems prone to fish kills.
