Moulinots is the place you want mate its not difficult or expensive easy to get to,a 30 runs water with a good chance of a 40 or even one or two 50s in there. Its very scenic and you dont need much bait.Have a look at Dave Walshes web site google under moulinots.

the place i went last year and am probably going back to this year is criox blanche its run by aj carp tours on an all inclusive trip it isnt the cheapest option at £450 but i cannot be arsed with cooking for a week or driving in france for that mind there are 2 lakes and the fish stocks are unreal with the biggest going 78lb+ there are numourous 60s and 50s all the way down the scale i had a 15lb common which had been put in from the stock pond that day! but it isnt a runs water and i think if you get into double figs your having a good week. but a chance of a real whacker is more than achivable if you want to go in october next year there might be a space with us.

Cherpont, near Limoges. Have a look at:

http://www.cherpont.com

40 acres, max 16 people. its not one of those foreign overstocked venues were they "crawl up yer rods", but the rewards are definately there if you put a bit of thought into ya fishing.

Been there three times, and am going back in May.

definately gets my vote

Kezzo
