Dordogne and Vezere Rivers France??

Anybody fished on either of theses rivers?....am on camping holiday for 2 weeks near Le Bugue in the Dordogne in June....camp site has small lake with easy fishing but fancied trying the rivers on the odd day.

Any info most appreciated!

The vezere is good for barbel and chub fishing. When I saw it, it was gin clear and stuffed full of fish.

Ask in the tabac when you buy your permit.
Fishing without one can lead to your tackle (and your transport) being confiscated.
