Last fling at Le Moulin du Mée

We are so pleased at the latest catch at Le Moulin du Mee that I thought I would post details.
John Worker, a 63yr old carper from Leicester was our last angler of the 2007 season and had a week he will remember for a very long time. In changeable conditions John caught a total of 82 carp fishing 7 days and just 4 nights. The carp were all in stunning condition and included 43 over 20lb, 18 over 25lb, 8 over 30lb and 1 over 35lb. The remainder were mainly high doubles with just 8 smaller fish of around the 10lb mark that were transferred to our stockpond. Several larger fish were lost after protracted fights as has been the norm for this season.
It was a real pleasure to see a carper of 30 odd years still enjoying every fish he hooked, well done that fellah !!!
