Default first time for france

ay up lads i turn 30 next april and as i have never fished france the girlfriend said she'll take me, looking for somewhere with good facilities for her but has an excellent head of big fish for me ,which are fairly easy to catch(if there is such a place).I've looked on the net and there's that many too choose fromif anyone no's of a place that would be ideal for me i would be gratefull for any info thanks
