Default anyone been to le grand etang

could any help me out with any information please.im fishing le grand etang at the start of october im wondering if its a big fish water ie 50+ or a runs water

i already had done my home work on the stocking of the lake,how far etc etc. i was just wondering if any of you nothern monkeys had fished it yourself.I normal fish the mighty la hore.sorry if you have miss understood me

Dave please dont copy and paste copyrighted content on the forum, in the future just insert a link to the site.Heres the link for anyone who's interested,http://www.carplimofrance.com/ ,I think The Bear was looking for info from people who had actually fished the lake And .... as the info that you posted was the same that could be found on the lakes' site,I dont really think there was any need for the condescending comments at the start of your post

having just returned from etang grand i was very very disapointed we all caught fish but they were all 20lb too 27lb..the chap that runs it is a very pleasant indead,the party who went have all said we wouldnt be going again.the drive is far to long for a start,the fish just are not in there (size anyway).we all left the lake early thursday morning to head back to etang 5 wich i must say is the mutts nuts,massive kippers in there if there infront of me im having them
