Just a thought-with a line up including a NW porn star cum (no pun intended) carp god theres bound to be a huge amount of interest,from past events I recall Cresta only having finite space for rowdy carp anglers.With this in mind I would assume there will be a lot of people wanting to come,possibly more than the safe capacity of the venue.

Are the people organising this not selling advanced tickets to reduce the risk of people coming from all over the NW only to be told after queing that the venue is full and they cannot enter? especially at the price of the entrance fee given the success of previous events? I would have though it worth more than a fiver and given its for chaaaridee would personally pay more for such an event,given that nothing of this magnitude ever occurs in these woods any more?

Might be worth having a word? I for one would be gutted to have to go home should I come along and have to stand out in the foyet listening to muffled stories fom Frank and co...

PS I will be happy to run a bet with all proceeds to the fund that Dave Moore mentions he invented the big fish mix.......

I'm genually concerned that all these carp anglers are gonna be packed into such a venue with only one bar and three guesses who'll be pulling the pints...I can foresee the carnage already....ugly,very ugly.

Yes I think only a fiver is too cheap ! I would be happy paying a tenner knowing where the money is going.
I will see what the guys say ??
I know the ticket thing last time was a pain in the **** but I do think it's worth doing as it would be a great shame to come from any distance and not get in
