sat 31st may/ 1st june 2008!

£5 admission for adults which is for a 24 hour " match " sensas and korda will be there with all monies going to the hindley hospice!

sensas are to give a £10 goodie bag to every paying competitor, hopefully korda are to do the same. total carps neil smith will be doing his monthly feature from this two lake venue and a few of the lads from the mag are to fish too!

the exhibitors who are fishing the event on the main lake will be positioned on opposit banks with their stalls behind them, and also DHP may have a stand with mags and subscription offers on the day! furthermore a food and drink stand will be there for the duration!

Sat 31 May.

Main fishing event 12pm all-in.
3-4pm Neil Smith on the small lake doing a floater demo.
There is time for whoever to do some demos on the saturday morning around the main lake event starting on the small lake (its solid!).

Sunday
10am - Jan Porter-all methods of presentation on the small lake including pole, baggin waggler etc.
12pm - Waverunner boats demo on the small lake.
12pm - all out for the match.
1pm - casting tuition with Paul Simpson.
2.30pm - spodding comp.
3.30pm - throwing stick comp.
4.30pm - raffle draw - close.

We are going to charge £5.00 admission then charge for casting tuition, raffle tickets etc. The object for the weekend is to raise as much as possible for the local hospice.

WTF did you read the first post it's a open day/weekend with a carp 'match' for charity (ON THE SYNDICATE LAKE) 'not a jar of glue' springs to mind you can have 'a go' on the 'match lake' where neil smith and jan porter will be doing demo's with different methods

ps thanks for the negative post when all we are trying to do is raise some cash for charity

will pop down if im not to busy good cause an all plus not seen neil for a while so would be nice to see him.

It's like me getting annoyed that I haven't been 'invited' to the world carp cup

the match is just to boost the money fof the charity.But like it says in the post the is loads of comps eg spoding ,casting and throwing stick comps plus stalls by korda sensas ect so even thoses not fishing like most who will be there there will b plenty going on.

Ok, time to play devils advocate here, can any one point out in the opening message from Stes where it says that this event is "invitation only" and also where is says that it is being held on a syndicate water, or have I misread the post????? oh and before anyone goes off the handle....yes ~I know what a syndicate is (being in a couple)
