Bitech Micro. Remember a guy setting up on Farmwood having just bought three brand new micros. He screwed the first of his new alarms onto his buzzer bar and the thread snapped resulting in the alarm taking a very early bath. Never mind, one down, still two more to go. Alarm number two met the same fate and matey had probably his quickest ever session before leaving the lake to go home, leaving me pi55ing myself laughing.

I vowed there and then to never buy ****e gear and also never arrive at a lake without my stuff being pre assembled.

It was the A.V.A. alarms that were well waterproof, they were on show at a carp society do in Dunstable, in a fish tank.
I believe that AQUA products were selling them for a short while, they never caught on probably due to poor marketing, which was a pity as they were good.

See through microns, why?????????? I do remember them though.
