Thumbs up Surface Stalking session nets the Parrott
Managed a few hours on Blackwood last night and stalked a few fish off the top; best the Parrott, pictured below – Blackwood’s favourite linear.

I stalked it in the margins for over an hour before finally offering the hook bait about a foot from the bank .

I'm well chuffed, as banking this fella off the top was one of my targets for this year.


PS – Sorry Nige, I know you were gunning for him.

Top angling J, cracker.

Bit chilly wasn't it last night, I was on Shakerley, Bl00dy freeeezin'. Had to use the winter sleepin bag!
