Nigel Sharp has caught some big fish from some of the hardest waters in the country,i think that fish tops them all.
What a result the Burghfield common mega angling...

after i spoke to nige............ hahahaha

he has been after that fish for a number of years now and if you have seen the size of the lake compared to how many fish arein it then its a monumental achievement (along the lines of any wrasbury capture) having fiahed the Blue Pool at Burghfield (which backs onto the water) thers so many places for the fish to hide so many islands and snags for it to go in!

i for one cant wait to read thw write up of the capture as i can only preseume it will go into quite a lot of detail

another guest chapter for tels book i hope

nice one Mr Sharpe, thoroughlly deserved capture

Joe are you gettin a ticket for that place?

Yeah chesh want to share petrol

Wouldnt dream of it , its a head banger for sure that water. 5 years of angling has gone into that capture i think. Sonning, wraysbury, burghfield and many waters that size with low stock scare me
