had them both off the bottom. had planned to surface fish but the wind was to strong and was sailing the doggers down the lake at a good rate of knots.

Mill-Cottage worth a go at the moment....

Fished there saturday night and had 4 fish out... had a 20lb 7oz common first fish, 19lb 5oz common second, another 20 common at 20lb 10oz and then while packing up had a 16 mirror...
Lost 2 at the net also which was poor angling my part. Upon loosing the second i thought there must be something wrong so i checked my rig and noticed the first common had straightened the hook slightly... gutted and certainly something that wont be happening again.

Got a pic of the biggest so will upload later...

Sam and Nick. i believe you had a fun night Friday hey... enough said on that topic tho...

Top angling mate.

have also had the losing fish with straightened hook points and now always check after a take. How come we always learn the hard way
