What a night!

anyone that was out last night will have known that it was a right bivvy clencher of a night!
had a right disaster with the bivvy.
decieded me and mate would just use one bivvy to minimise gear.
well he forgot to bring his bivvy pegs so have to ring my dad to bring down mine.
dont have enough pegs to peg down the bivvy and the overwrap so do the best we can.
then the wind/rain starts, we were right in the teeth of it!
then a huge gust rips up the overwrap and is then sucked through the front door!
now anyone who has a STI will know they arent covered over the whole bivvy so overwrapp has to be used.
the overwrap is then blown through the door into the bivvy.
everything was absolutly soaked, gear blown everywhere, it was like a bomb sight!
had to tie the overwrap with 40lb ammnesia to some trees to hold it down!


but at least the fishing was GOOD!
