Default p.b broken

hi guy's & girls just got back from burton mere, done a 24 hr session usally only ever catch 1 or 2 or blank there, yesterday had 5 and the forth one beat my p.b by just over 2 lb it was a beautifull mirror of 23lb 10oz, i was totally made up as i took my 8 year old son with me he said it was the biggest fish he had ever seen so we both had big grin's on us.
anyway just thought i would let you all know there havin it.

yes it's great to be back out i missed it so much when it went, good points are i've got better kit read more about it so learned abit more, i think you can learn something new everyday. plus it went when the weather was freezing.

Our lad was the same b4 he switched his interest to moto-x, when we fished the swamp many moons ago he had one of the largest residents out called lumpy @ 25lb,he was only 6 at the time we thought it was gonna pull him in,then at dod he held the family pb with a 26lb mirror,I sent his pic off and he won some boilies he was well chuffed.(He seems to have inherited the G.B gene off his dad)He didn't half rub it in tho

Well done Baz nice to see your back but you aint supposed to catch all the fish must be the shimmer all that shiny new kit makes on the surface of the lake thats attracting them.

Nice one Baz...I didnt know there were any carp left in Burton Mere m8, thought they were all nicked/netted a year or so back..Hmmm might try there again..

Well done Baz. Heed the warning - your lad will get a PB better than you if you keep taking him. Its worth it though - to see the look on there face is something you will never forget - he will make sure of that!!!!!
