Default A couple from opening weekend
It started with a very quiet night on the Friday but with hearing a couple crash in the night i stayed put for another night and was rewarded with this common of 25lb 1oz at 3.25 in the morning
.
With the days quiet in the 2ND bay i went for a walk to try and find a few fish to have ago for, after walking the whole length of the lake i found half a dozen fish tucked up in the far end of the lake about 10yards out so i broke a couple of baits up and flicked the in and watched as they sank down straight away for the bait. i quickly ran back for a rod, net, mat and a bag of bait after 30 mins i had a 17 lb common in the net the 30 mins later followed it up with this 20lb 10oz mirror
.
Not a bad start to the season.
