big common from compstall!!

went down to compstall for one of my usual evening sessions on sat after the football.

after a few hours of no action my left hand rod indicated a dodgy take that sort of just stopped ..... oh S**t, i thought... its done me. a couple of seconds later and the rod tip was going 10 to the dozen so i hit it anyway after a very good and dogged fight a 21lb common surfaced and slipped over the net cord.

Then i realised i had no camera and had to take the pic on a phone buit here it is anyway



a very crap pic but a damn fine fish none the less a new pb common and what i believe to be one of the biggest in there so am well chuffed
