No rest for the wicked

Did an overnighter on blackwood with grey head last night,up all night with fish ,started fishin about 7 had 11 fish by 8.30 this morn.Had to report to"SHE WHO MUST BE OBEYED" at 9.Had 5 doubles [inc parrot] an six singles.Miffa had 8 fish up untill i left him with it this morn.Biggest fish was 14-7 that not being the parrot. craking night only downside being no sleep but you cant have it all roads. Miffa has all the gory details of weights etc.So will leave it to him to post later.bye 4 now.

i didnt have a touch friday night all night the lake switched off... not a sign of a fish.. bait was fine in the morning etc... was very very odd

Ayup chesh ,miffa had parked up on 17 so i fished the other side of the bushes on 14. Best method was single hookbaits, as when i added any bait be it stringers or bags suffered the dreaded slimy assault whithin 10 mins of casting in.

i had 5 fish feeding right in the margins and promptly spooked them with my huge carcass wanderign around lol also thats where i took my fish on the fly rod

may have to break the old fly rods out again if youve restarted the old craze used to get some strange looks to say the least ,only caught one on a proper fly [shipmans buzzer] all the rest been on mixers

Well done shaun..... Hammering little pool as normal.... How big was the parrot?? 15lb 8oz when i had it in January.... far from the biggest in the lake, walked round the other night and saw a fish next to what was *defo* the parrot and was id say about 17lb...... the biggest fish ive ever seen in blackwood in all the time ive fished there..... saw another few fish that were just as big as the parrot..... well done both of you....

just been back up for last couple of hours,thought you might have been on chesh. got the old fly rod out an had three fish ,best 11-7 common,two 9+ mirrors eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeasymere

Just done 36 on Redesmere mate. Not had a lot of time, half way through exams...and paid my subs for SOTAS so may aswell use it!

You'll have to teach me a thing or two down little pool sometime...
