Palomar for swivels, the strongest knot I’ve ever come across with minimal slip and strangulation.

PS – What happened to Kirsty Allsop? Is she still rolling your bait nude?

Use palomars on all my mono and braid knots, use a figure of eight loop for coated hooklinks and a needle knot for leadcore

What method are they using, rollin table or their thighs have you found that the girly pheromones boost ur baits and improve yer catch rate,or did u just invite em round for a cuppa and then couldn't get rid. This bright new screen is having an adverse effect on my eyes,I just looked owt my window and I could av sworn I saw Stig wadin about in my pond lol I'm off to find my polars.

Two or Three turn grinners (when gone through the swivel twice), with palomars for braid.

...Suits me and has never let me down.

Five turn grinners for mainline, figure of eight for coated hooklinks so you get a quick change link without the need for clips.
