Hi
has anyone used the wychwood rage big pit reels? trying to decide between them or the emcast evo's as both look good value for money!
Cheers.

I got a pair of the Equinox 12K Wychwood's with more ball bearings to shake a stick at... very smooth and well pleased with them I think the rage are basically the same model but with a lesser number of ball bearings

I've got a set of the evo's and I'm well pleased with them
There well solid, cast well and with 7 bearings there as smooth as a cashmere codpiece

I would go for the Diawas also. OK, the wychwood may be a good real, but the emcasts and emblems have some history and therefore will be built upon past problems, to conclude I think they will be a better buy for the money.

I've just bought the EVO's. They just look and feel the business!
Also i think diawa are proper reel makers. They've had lots more years of practice!!!
