Default Carp Kit at respectable cost

Getting drawn into the carp scene.... need rod and reel combo at £120.. per rod/reel ..."2.75 TC 12' er's + decent reel....any recommendations!! Not a distance angler prefer the overlooked margins

Default combos

loads of the shops in the mags are now doing greys prodigy and big pit reel combos for around £100....they are nice rods and the reels are usually the cheaper diawa models...but still good reels from what I hear. Just get yourself a mag mate you'll find loads in that price bracket

Try this link mate Bigteds mate had some decent gear at decent prices don't know if your interested? Shimano 10000's £200 for three can't be bad i have some and they are brilliant for margin work.

Yeh good point. A friend of mine phoned them up about one of these deals and paid a little extra and got a simano baitrunner with them instead, so I'd find one, and phone them and see what kind of a deal they can do you.

Wickfords are doing some excellent deals on Greys rods/Shimano Baitrunner combos at the moment, well worth taking a look.
