Thumbs up cheap setup for a friend who want to get into our wonderfull sport

hi all,

right, this is the situation...

a mate of mine is looking to get into carp fishing and is looking for a CHEAP full setup just to see if he likes it as much as he thinks he will. His budget is around 150 quid. Any suggestions?

cheers
