Default Good winter bivvy?????

Last year i bought a JRC STI Extreme 1man bivvy expecting it to be the nuts. deep into winter i experienced so much condensation i woke up thinking someone had nicked my bivvy and it started raining! i emailed jrc about this and they said leave the door slightly open! now in winter with howling gales of -6 degrees or less you aint gonna do that! apart from the ground sheet not fitting well and it being too heavy its a fairly good bivvy. but i wanna new one between 200-300 quid. any reccomendations???

to be honest that was at the top of my wish list but bit too expensive, was thinking more along the lines of the trakker specimen ultralight, think its about 250. i like the versatility of it, dont need to buy a summer shelter as the panels zip out, just need to know what its like in winter as i love having lakes to myself when its freezing cold

iam sure you wont be disapointed mate .... if its anythin like the ultra light you have to put it up a few time b4 it flys up ..{bars are stiff when new}

you will always have sum form of condensation in your bivi but with theses bad boys its kept to a minamal .....let me know what ya go for mate
