I'm not using, or would recommend those rods.
It's a personal thing, you'll probably get 20 different answers to this.
Don't be swayed, buy what you want, not what everyone else has.
....and don't buy before having a damn good play with your chosen rods first if possible.

The problem with buying new rods is, you don't know how far (or accurately) you can cast with them, or what they are like to play fish on until a good few sessions of use on your chosen waters.

What do you desire, far distance rods? Good playability? Or an all purpose tool?

Too many rods, far too much choice, and it's so easy to choose the wrong ones, even without you realising it.
Good luck, and I sincerely hope you will be happy with your choice.

PS. There are some lightly used ones for sale here:x flight +50's for sale

Dan...straight up m8, Century NG's or NCS's are the rods 4 your needs, and will outlast any greys rod you want....there is no substitute for quality...
Also, Greys rods are warrantied for life, but if Greys deem the break not to be faulty goods/workmanship...it costs you £30 plus carriage every time you break it....could get expensive if you bust one every year for 5 yrs....thats the price of a new NG...
