Century NG's for me too.

Their just stunning alrounders , the 2.75s should be spot on for your needs.

You will pick a second hand set of three up for £200 - £300 depending on condition

I am using Free spirit es's 2.75lb tc great rods but the century ng's are the best fish playing rod ive clapped hands on, ive got 7 ov them and wouldn’t part with them. I use a 3.5lb Tc one for spodding or when I need a little extra distance I stick a rig on it and it is superb for fish playing at such a high test curve, not much good for big bag fishing but there is a tool for every job!!

ive got the prodigy plus's and cant fault em so far, really slim and light weight
my mates got the old xflights and there still going strong
(altho he's upgrading to the new ones soon)
.....greys customer service is spot on too, so the rods are well worth looking at
