can anyone recommend any half decent digital scales for around £30 mark. cheers

if your after new scales you probably wont get any decent scales for £30 unless there 2nd hand your better off getting the jrc rubens there not much more new and are very accurate

Stay away from digital scales pal, they will only let you down in the end.

take it from someone who got caught out by it.

Reverted straight back to the old faithful Ruben's and will never look back

Acurate , reliable , flawless.

Digital , "hmm bateries gone anyone got any rubens" actual quote from a fishing friend.

Good point! Also you will need to send them away to be caliberated (spelling) quite often!

I`ve got a set of 50lb Rapala digi`s , they have been superb and I only paid £25 for em . I`ve calibrated them at work a few times and every time they have been absolutely spot on , mind you with todays load cell technology I wouldnt expect any different , and as for running out of batteries , it has a low battery warning so no excuses for changing em

Reuben flyweights mate.Weigh to 40llb and you will get 7 pound change from 30 squid. They aint ever let me down.
