knots and flourocarbon
Got some fluorocarbon to use on capesthorne because the water is clear. Ive heard that flourocarbon has a poor knot strength. Are there any special knots i should be using?
any help appreciated, Will

Ive always used the 5 turn grinner, it's NEVER let me down with flouro.

Use a grinner for just about anything and it very, very rarely lets me down.
I got a spool of the fox illusion hooklink material free and have used that quite a bit and I really do like it...

figure of 8 loop knot is the only one i use now as i couldnt get on with flouro because it use to give at the knot if you tied a simple overhand but thats only if you want a loop from your swivel otherwise palomar is the way.
