Thanks very much for the offer.....really appreciate it, but I want to leave the rods out there in the flat I'm going in.....I'll be comuting every 4 weeks so I intend to leave the gear out there......as a matter of interest would 2 12' rods with 40mm rings go in that case, if so I may buy one and take different rods out there instead of the 4 piece ones.....can never have enough carp gear

Found one in decathalon £41 with a clip missing...... it's made by Plano....same idea and 3 sections extend...got a further 10% off......also bought a rifle case which is what I am going to use....will post pictures when it's finished

sounds like a good deal then. mine cost 70 odd quid when i got it. you can easily get 3 rods in it with 40mm eyes. had some good stuff from decathlon myself, some decent bargains to be had at times

Holds 2 12" 31/4 4 piece carp tamers ......2 shimano 4500 (old ones same size as 6000).....2 delkims....2 ss banksticks...2ss buzzer bars....4 boxes as of yet with nothing in.....will buy a fold up chair and a landing net out there......complete set up in a case.......what do you think?
