i also believe they are the same company as greys?

You are correct there fella greys bought chub. The outcast is of a similar blank to the prodigy. Hence the same gaurentee as the greys.

Default Baby - Big pits

Hi m8

I have the Shimano Ultegra 5500 XTB's and can't fault them at all. I much prefere them to my old tournies.

The reel is nice and light which balances out nicely on my Centurey FS and as I use 3lb TC feels much better when casting and playing fish. The line lay is excellant as you would expect from Shimano and a qtr turn of the clutch the reel is in full batrunner mode.

They are bigger than a baitrunner hence better casting but are as light and well balanced as the Shimano baitrunners so best of both worlds.

So if like me you are not casting to the Sun but want a reasonable distance then these are a good choice. I find the bigger pits more bulky and feel too big for the newer slim rods.

Got mine for less than £100 each so happy days.

Oh and they look nice and bling

Kev
