What size fish you looking to catch, and what baits do you intend to use on what methods, i.e Boilie & pellet approach, or livebait rigs?

I ordered a couple of ready made hair rigs off Leslies of luton, cos I didn't want to splash out too much on a load of new gear on a whim, they were a couple of quid each and the links are kevlar, they do a uk version and one for euro-monsters.Take a look here

I haven't had chance to use mine yet.All the cat's that my m8 has caught, fell for boilies on a bog standard carp rig.

45Lbs Quicksilver mate!! Mine have usually been on 2 hair rigged 21mm Hallibuts or 1 hallibut and 2 salmons.

My set up is very similar to that of a carp rig, just slightly longer (10-12 inch)
