i'll take that as a no then!lol.packbait is a us thing used in american carp matches.frank warwick was raving about it at the manc carp night.type in packbait in google and you get 100s of recipes.

Saw it all on last weeks Tight Lines they are supposed to be emptying the lakes of carp over the other side of the pond using these packbaits they used to be called specials 20 odd years ago so IMHO are nothing new

heres the 4 recipes he recommends
28oz of quick rice
28oz tomato ketchup
mix and let stand for 30 mins
ideal for short to medium range work in pva bag

recipe 2
2 cups of flour
1 cup of cornmeal
1 cup of sugar
2 packs of strawberry kool aid
1 pack of jelly
ideal for long range,method feeder

recipe 3
500g quaker instant oats
250g of quaker quick oats
1 can of saurkraut
1 handful of presoaked birdseed
flavour of your choice
ideal for spod mixes

recipe 4
1 can liquidised corn
1 kg of quaker instant oats
1 pack of orange kool aid
3 tbsp of flavour
ideal for winter use
