Default Boilie Info

Hi everyone ive just started carp fishing and im finding the boilie range a bit of a mind field with so many different varieties.
Was wondering if anybody could advise me on picking a boilie.Tried dynamite but just dont feel confident with them. Been thinking about mainline. Also what are the advantages of freezer baits as opposed to shelf life boilies.

Thanks a lot jason

Hi Jason, you will prob get loads and loads of different responces to this question, tbh there are plenty of options you could use and with so many different baits around you would be pushed to find a bait which didnt catch. I would recomend a bait which has a proven track record on the water you fish, usually a friendly chat with the local anglers and you will soon pick up which bait is being applied to your chosen water.

Other than that mate, i use Mainlines 14mm frozen readymades Activ8 for all of my fishing these days - it catches everywhere Confidence is the main thing here and thats what works for me.

Frozen = Fresher baits

Default Bait

Russ catches a few fish but I reckon he would catch more if he used some DECENT bait....lol... (only joking really not a mainline user myself but it catches plenty)

Russ could catch a 30 from a damp sponge, nothin to do with that tripe he uses although if i had to use mainline then that or the grange would be the one id use.
