Default winter bait

as we are fast approaching winter from our non existent summer i was thinking about a bait for winter, i know maggots and corn/hemp/particle are all good winter baits but what about a good winter boilie. I found that results slowed right down using fishmeals in the winter, i was looking at maybe the solar winter secret or maybe cc moores live system, has anybody used these or any other boilies and had good results through the colder months? What about tiger nuts, any good through the winter?

Essential baits cream csm i think its a milk protein/birdfood boilie and the cream caramel smells good enough to eat had a few fish out last october/november, also caught on tigers but did not use heavy baiting with them just stringers or bags

I would normally go with sae bait's bird spice or creamseed wrapped in paste
or I have had some good winters on the tigers

I just carry on with the fishmeals and they just keep working. The story that they stop is a myth.
