Default Hot n Spicy

Hi Guys,

Im wondering if you could please name me some liquid additives, flavours that can really hot up a basemix please

Ive tried CC Moore and added Chilli power to the mix and ive also added garlic, but im looking for a kick.

Has anyone tried 'hot' Liquid robin red or can advise anything to improve my bait

Thanks all!

Mace? Scotch bonnet chillis?

Why the need to make it so hot? Do carp like hot? Do they even taste it/sense it?

I dont know if they sense it, but its caught for me with a milder chilli in it, so I want to try it a little hotter and compare results

The group of chemicals in a round about sort of way you are asking about when you are talking about herbs and spices are Alkalords. These are volatile chemical. An example is THC in canabis, nicoteen in tobacco.

Some not all herb and spice (including extracts) contain alkalords. And its these chemicals that fire certain reseptors in the carps head so to speak and you get a reaction from the carp (not always a feeding reaction i might add).

Capsaicin is the alkalord in chilles.

Have you ever wondered why Black pepper oil, Paprica, garlic are so attractive to carp.?

Interesting

Bud

I may not be able to spell ,but i can catch a carp.
