feed your spots with hemp , corn and your chosen bait muka , the smaller fish in the lake will do the clearing of the weed for you ...... another good alternative is vitalin ......not only will you be clearing yourself a spot but also pre baiting ....... hmmmmm i like it

any bait will work in the weed.. its getting the fish to stop eating the naturals thats the hard bit

find the gaps and the holes and bait these.. or do what some people do and load a pva bag up quite tightly and lob it straight in !!!!

Yeh, make a stick rig up and put the whole thing in a solid bag with pellet etc and cast it straight into the weed mate.
