"I am on snail and shell - mb baits"

Last years NW junior fish-in was sponsored by them 15 swims received 2kg of their boilies, 270 odd fish in 14 acres guess how many were caught on them boilies ..................NONE

absolutley useless imo had a couple on single hookers and 2 takes 1 lost on a mates bait.

wouldn't touch his stuff with a barge..........

Strong words!

There’s more to catching carp that bait alone; watercraft, rigs and technique all play a part, as do the specific angling conditions on the day. 15 juniors blanking on a 14 acre lake does not make it a crap bait!

I know Mick, I know the bait, and I’ve used it extensively with outstanding results – one blank session does not prove anything, in my honest opinion.

Snail and Shell has accounted for some of my best hits, and the same can be said for many anglers that I know; it produced more north west thirties from some of the regions most difficult waters last year than any other bait I know of.

Dismiss it at your own peril!

Bet, the Black Extract is very nice – used it quite a bit last summer, the carp in Blackwood used to go absolutely mental for it – a very nice bait.

Well put Julian.I really cant rate Micks bait highly enough!Having used his bait for around 6 years it has all been brilliant. In the last 3 years Snail and Shell has caught me 2 x 30's from two difficult north west venues and countless pb's before that.He is a no noncence bloke who's bait has always been spot.Fish love it!
