absolutley useless imo had a couple on single hookers and 2 takes 1 lost on a mates bait.

wouldn't touch his stuff with a barge..........
Everyone's entitled to an opinion but -

If this is the weekend (at biccy) I think you're referring to, conditions were hardly ideal for anything but sunbathing.

I'm sure when he provided the bait (for free I believe, and he delivered the stuff himself) this was exactly the sort of coverage he was after.....knowing one of the lads who organised the weekend, I know how much it was appreciated that firms like mb contributed to prizes, bait etc.

dynamite strawberry and ice creams
mainline fusion
NBK worm boilies
Im still experimenting with different bait companies and finding out things for myself rather than people telling me that cartain baits are good and bad.

Dynamite Shrimp n Prawns did very well on the Lido last year...I know there shelf life but still a good bait, so these will be getting a look in....also I have a few Kgs of a base mix that I knocked up last year left so this will be getting used once rolled....and after that i may be able to get my hands on some Premier gear at a good price so that will probably be the main bait for the year. I rate the premier stuff very highly and have had some very good results on there old one 'spiced fish'....not too many people around here using the premier gear but its good stuff at a fair price, mind you it seems a few Kg of MB baits gear could be worth investing in

Think i am gonna stick with maple-8's this year, might give the pulse a go later on in the year. For my first few sessions over easter i am going to stick with dynamite pineapple.

i'll be using mainline nrg, it's a trust thing and i rarely go without richworth tutti's as well. having said that i think sweetcorn has been deadly at certain times........there's just so many types and flavours that work, it's hard to keep up with the latest thing, and using something that has caught for me before, does my confidence no harm at all !

Fair does reading my post it was a little strong, the bait was much appreciated, just telling you what came out on it.

Indeed it was a warmish weekend but plenty of fish still came off the bottom, other results on his bait clearly shows it is a good'un though

MB snail and shell again, if it doesn't work then I'll just have to put some more in and make 'em have it
