Question Flavour shelf life

I have a load of old flavours and when I say old some are over 10yrs old I think.I have used some in my baits over the last couple of years and caught but i was just wondering if anyone actually knows what the shelflife of flavours is
I would think that they would still be effective for years but maybe they lose a bit of potency perhaps
As you can guess this year I am going to be rolling away again after a long lay off....got a bit lazy... mind you rolled bait is pretty cheap these days but self rolled are cheaper... .........and I am skint...lol...

I threw a load out recently if i wont use them then i wouldnt give them to anyone else.I think flavours are now moving more towards natural eg liver.
