Default Making boilies

Hello, I was wondering if anybody could help.

Im making my own boilies and was wondering if anybody knew of any caro websites that detail what nutrients, vitamins etc are needed to make sure im making a boilie that isnt just a one-hit wonder and carp will actually come back.
