I would go with what scotty says mate as if youre catching well on the bait then i dont think it would be a good idea to mask the winning signals with other things that may just put a dent in your confidence if things start to slow down.

I was fishing a lake in france 7 or 8 years ago now when Sean Harrison turned up. It had been a tough time on the lake with not a huge amount of fish coming out.

I think it was air dried nash forumla 1s or something of that sort which he rehydrated in hemp oil and went on to do rather well during his visit.

He aint no duck egg when it comes to bait and application thats for sure.
