Default Ground nut oil to re-hydrate baits

Has any one used the ground nut oil to hydrate there baits.

What do people think of using this for the job.

What do you use normally I would of used hemp oil but tesco has none in.

I use the Water from Hemp its spot on and if not I use Lake Water as IMO the oils are too expensive and they take a lot longer because they are thicker.

For those that don't know ground nut is another name for peanut.

This oil solidifies quicker than most, so is not much good in cold water conditions, should be okay now though.

ps just got this info:
Peanut oil - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

pps no hemp oil in Tesco? Then try Sainsbury's, or your local tackle shop.
