hiya guys ,was wondering weather anyone can tell me any good carp venues for me an me son to fish within 20 miles of liverpool we have only just started carping so somewere quite easy to fish would be prefable many thanx

Turners Pool just outside of Macclesfield. Do a search on it in this forum and you'll get a load of info. I'm just starting out so keep venturing down there every couple of weeks, great fun

How about hurlston hall up towards burscough?
Also Bannister farm just past martin mere both good waters for the beginner, always a chance of a few fish.

compstall mate on the stockport fed card if its not to far for you to travel, very easy water, thats where i learned to carp fish about 10 years ago.

just to clarify
everybody has different angling abilities so some may find it hard and some may find it easy if you get what i mean so dont say silly things like "go and try and catch this weekend then if its easy" when clearly people have bigger and better things to do than prove themselves to others
