36 ounces to a 6 egg mix seems a bit high but then again you are using a lot of liquids.Looks a decent mix mate cant see why it wont catch TBH.You could try it on a runs water but being honest although it might boost your confidence it doesnt tell you much about whether or not your target fish are eating it.
I did a sesh on an easy water the other week and hammered the place on a very cheap mix containing a lot of soya and semo.I would put money on it that other anglers on that day(who caught nothing) were possibly on nutritionally better baits but its how and where you put your bait and end tackle that can make all the difference IMO.
Try and get some margin spots going with the bait to at least let you know if the fish like it.I did quite a few sessions over winter on a bait that I would say is pretty good and has been proven so over the last few months.I never had a run on it over winter but was possibly only fishing for 9 fish as some went over into the shallow pond next door during the winter floods
Try and get your location right and I think that bait will catch no problems
