Totally agree fella, its every biffin week we hear statistics on the tv/radio that 'x' is bad for you if eaten, be it eggs, meat, etc... due to scientific statistics that eating cheese will render you infertile and speaking German when you awaken in the morning.
Anything can be proved with statistics, provided people actually believe the data. Chikes if we listened to 'them', the scientists who come up with this garbage ( another bi-product of 'the student' but we'll discuss that some other time...

) we'd all die of starvation and dehydration...
