good tip there manger but whats your thoughts about just casting straight into the weed ? and allowing the hook bait to become coverd as alot of angler i know and have read about dont realy care as their tought are if the carp whats the bait they will rip the weed apart to get to it ?

there was an article 2 months ago in carp world , cant remember who pend it but the jist of of the article was that this perticular angler would always turn up , marker for a clean spot , present the bait and wait .... now he said his catcher were regular but nowt special , then he deside to PUB CHUCK ...ahh that was the name of the article lol ...anyways he started to just cast at showing fish everytime he saw one day/night .... he then went onto to say that the lake was very weed but after baggin more fish by doin the pub chuck he came to the conclusion that he didnt care what the lake bed was like weed or no weed he still caught ??? i know this will mainly come down to confidence but whats your thoughts ?
