I stand corrected, although I do have a feeling the 2 were probably interconnected as well.

Same here. Even if I do buy in a Bag (well 10kg anyway) I take the trouble to cut some down into halves, quarters or even a disc out of the centre.

Sometimes when I wanted to be able to differentiate between my Mega Hard or slightly tweaked Hookbaits and Free Baits if the 2 got mixed or stored together I would use Cubes on the hook and Bait with round ones. Think that was originally a Ken Townley tip.
