If Aqua did take your money knowing they cannot provide you with the agreed product within a reasonable period then you have every reason to complain. However, whinging on a public forum that 'you bet Aqua took your money' is not benefitting anyone is it? (least of all Aqua)
Hows about we deal with unambiguaous statements of fact when slagging off a company, rather than a vague, unsubstantiated hunch (which you have every potential to investigate yourself and determine whether or not it is true).
