Birch Grove Kippers for Shaun & Julian

The team’s annual trip to Birch grove proved rather slow with just a few fish coming out during the week. The best was a 21lb plus mirror to Julian Grattidge, with Shaun Docksey taking a couple of commons, best at 17lb 14oz. Miffer and Daz had a couple of chances but unfortunately left with a blank; their first since fishing the venue. Hot weather and no wind seemed to slow things with Julian and Shaun taking fish with the onset of a little wind and rain to stir things up towards the end of the week.
