Hursty's Haul Brings New PB

Forum regular Rick, known as 'Hursty' has been in touch to share a recent ten- fish haul taken from a Midland Estate Lake.

The end result was ten fish, of which nine were commons with the biggest going over 21lb, as well as a brace of 16lb specimens and other mid to low doubles. Incidentally, the 21lb Common was also a new PB for Rick, a forum regular from Macclesfield. All of the fish fell to 6mm drilled halibut pellets, tipped with plastic sweetcorn, this was then fished over small PVA bags of pellet. All in all not a bad day session considering it consisted of ten fish banked and a new 20lb+ PB to boot!
